Charleston Joint Base IDS is The Integrated Delivery System, also known as IDS or Helping Agencies, is a working group consisting of organizations that provide family services and prevention and education activities related to individual, family and community concerns.
The IDS functions as the action arm of the CAIB and develops a comprehensive, coordinated plan for integrating and implementing community outreach and prevention programs, with the goal of enhancing resilience in military communities. The IDS improves the delivery of human- service programs by establishing a seamless system of services through collaborative partnerships and coordinated activities.
